Dariusz Sarnowski, a certified auditor, graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań. He specialises in capital markets and in the development of products related to information technologies. The first step in his professional career was made in the consulting section of the Department of Capital Markets of WBK SA. He was then the manager of Trade Institute – Reemtsma Polska SA. (currently Imperial Tobacco). Mr Sarnowski also worked in Polish and international audit firms. His professional career involved the membership in management and supervisory bodies of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well.
