1. The controller of any of your personal data collected via e-mails or during phone calls is SWGK Centrum Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. 2. Depending on what you enquire about, your personal data will be processed for the purposes of any activities to be carried out before a contract is made or a business offer is submitted.

The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

4. The categories of recipients of your personal data are: Management Boards and/or Managers in specific SWGK Group companies, depending on what your business offer enquiry involves in terms of subject-matter.

5. Your personal data will be processed for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing as specified in point 2 above (that is, until a contract is made) and they may be stored until that contract expires and any claims thereunder are time-barred.

6. Persons who have consented to their personal data being processed have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the processing of such data prior to the consent being withdrawn.

7. Persons whose personal data are processed have the right to access their data, the right to rectify, erase or limit the processing of them, the right to object to their processing, and the right to data portability, always provided that the right to data portability only applies to data processed solely by automated means.

8. Persons whose personal data are processed have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

9. The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, if they are not provided, we will be unable to carry out the activities needed to enter into a contract or submit our business offer.
